Just one point of contact throughout the conversion making the process easier for you, we will manage your conversion and keep you informed when we need decisions from you. On completion of your loft conversion you will receive a certificate of completion from building regulations, Part P for the electrical work and gas certificate if applicable

We have constructed all sorts of loft conversions with all different external finishes, from tiles, red cedar and render.  Internal finishes modern or traditional with bespoke wardrobes, dressing rooms, walk-in showers and bathrooms

Most conversions finished in 8 weeks

Loft conversions take 6-12 weeks depending on size and if any associated works are to be included.  We can provide a schedule of before work commences to show the various stages of the conversion

You may wish to have other works carried out whilst we are doing the conversion, whether internal or external we are happy to undertake these as part of the whole project. Overhauling the remaining roof, chimney pointing, replacement fascia soffit and guttering are popular as a scaffold is already in place

Minimal disruption

We would like to make this an enjoyable experience and aim to impress our customers with our care in your home.  Our teams carry vacuum cleaners, dust sheets and if required we will lay protective sheet on carpets.

Windows cleaned

When conversion is finished and the scaffold comes down we will send in a window cleaner to remove all the dust and grime left on your windows
